Donna, age 68 passed away peacefully February 16, 2012. She was born in North Platte, Nebraska and preceded in death by her parents and infant son Christopher Dean. Donna will be dearly missed by her children, Carne (Steve) Janusz, Heather Cook, and Carter (Sharon) Cook, her grandchildren, Kayla, Dylan, Steven, Christian, Julia and Chrysta. Other survivors include the father of her children, Maynard (Nancy) Cook, her sister Joan (Mike) Grund, brothers Benjamin Campbell, Phillip (Renee) Simpson, Scott (Laura) Simpson and Thomas Simpson. She was employed by American Express among many wonderful co-workers that supported her through her battle...
