Cook, Donna Christine (nee) Campbell
Donna, age 68 passed away peacefully February 16, 2012. She was born in North Platte, Nebraska and preceded in death by her parents and infant son Christopher Dean. Donna will be dearly missed by her children, Carne (Steve) Janusz, Heather Cook, and Carter (Sharon) Cook, her grandchildren, Kayla, Dylan, Steven, Christian, Julia and Chrysta. Other survivors include the father of her children, Maynard (Nancy) Cook, her sister Joan (Mike) Grund, brothers Benjamin Campbell, Phillip (Renee) Simpson, Scott (Laura) Simpson and Thomas Simpson. She was employed by American Express among many wonderful co-workers that supported her through her battle with cancer. She will be remembered for her unconditional love and generous spirit. A heartfelt thank you to the Angels at The Cancer Treatment Center for their care and support. A Celebration of Life will be held March 10, 2012 at Resurrection Lutheran Church, Scottsdale at 11:00 am with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, Donna wished donations be made to Resurrection Lutheran Church, Scottsdale AZ, or The Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
