I remember Marlene from our grade school days at Harley Hopkins.  She was always quiet and unassuming but I will always remember her singing "You are my Sunshine" during a Talent Show Program.  She had the sweetest and most wonderful voice and I so admired her poise and grace while standing there performing that song. 

Marlene seemed like a busy classmate and I usually ran into her between classes somewhere, hurrying along.  Nice person and pleasant all the time. We will miss her!Beverlee
