It was so sad to lose both Bonnie and Phil Polly in our early years.  Both accidents were something that have stayed with many of us.  She was such a happy person and suddenly gone from us!  It has been hard to even write about it, as I remember it as if it were yesterday!  It is the wish all parents have, to never lose a child.  Miss you, Bonnie...

Oh Bonnie, even all these years later, the loving memories of our friendship are so vivid.  The sadness of your untimely death still horrifies me.  You were my first and best friend when I moved to Hopkins, and we were like sisters when you left us.  My mother considered you her "more manageable" daughter, as you were always around, and so sweet.  I remember our times at your house, be-bopping to records and waiting for your big brother to bring his cute buddies around.  I think of you often, and especially now.  I met your niece last summer, and she is the perfect image of you.  Your shining light and loving heart will never be forgotten. Love always,  Matti

How I still remember that night and how very sad it was to lose you.  You were a dear, dear, gal.  I remember thinking it was the first funeral service that we all, at our young ages, attended, and it was extremely  tough for all.  Truly for you, "gone too soon".
